Responsible for administrative support for the Admissions process. Duties include: typing correspondence; database and file maintenance; duplication and distribution of mailings and memorandums; equipment maintenance; ordering supplies; & maintaining inventory. Assists with telephone, email and in-person inquiries. Prepares information packets and other materials for Enrollment Services. Processes official and unofficial transcripts received from inquiries, applicants and current students. Provides support, as needed, to the Enrollment Representatives.
Associate's degree or equivalent. A minimum of 1- 2 years related experience. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, listen carefully, interpret accurately and respond to a high volume of requests. Effective and positive communication skills. Strong project/time management and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen and customer service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Jenzabar databases a plus.
Generally, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Hours may change based on the needs of the College. Occasional overtime requested.
