Systems Support Technician
Duties:
Responsible for maintaining, supporting & documenting systems operations. Provides technical support for the College community pertaining to all systems. Acts as a primary backup to the Network & Technical Systems Administrator & the Database & Technical Systems Administrator. Maintains proper end-user computer operations & provides one-on-one technical training to maximize end-user efficiency.
Required:
Associates degree in Computer Technology or equivalent. Concentrated experience in the maintenance and configuration of PC's and computer networks. 1-3 years progressive experience in computer networks operations. Experience in the maintenance and configuration of computer workstation & servers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Status:
Regular Full-Time/Nonexempt
Hours:
Day, evening & weekend responsibilities. Occasional overtime, evenings &/or Saturdays may be required.
