    Achieving a bachelor's degree in this concentration, coupled with work experience, can assist you in pursuing the professional HR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). If you are presently in an HR position and wish to develop your skills and work your way up the career ladder, consider the new Human Resources Management concentration.
