Real Estate Management
The Institute of Real Estate Management and Peirce College have partnered to help students earn the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation with IREM. The Peirce Real Estate Management curriculum combines a solid business education with the specialized skills of the real estate property management professional.
Classes you have taken with IREM can be counted toward your bachelor's degree, and you can earn 90 credits toward a B.S. degree through any combination of transfer credits, test out, or life learning experiences.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Concentration in Real Estate Management
Under this agreement, IREM students can complete a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Concentration in Real Estate Management at Peirce College.
Students who have already earned the CPM designation will receive the 30 Peirce College credits articulated in the IREM-Peirce agreement.
