Welcome IREM Members

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Peirce College have created an agreement to maximize your professional experience and education towards the goal of earning an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management.

This degree program is ideal for students who have earned their Certified Property Manager (CPM) or are planning to complete their CPM. CPMs can apply thirty credits from this designation to the achievement of a bachelor's degree. Those who have not yet completed the CPM program can study for the bachelor's and CPM simultaneously. IREM credits seamlessly transfer to expediate bachelor's degree completion.


Peirce offers convenience:

  • accelerated bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, concentration in Real Estate Management
  • three interchangeable ways to study: On Campus, in Center City, Philadelphia; On Site at corporate and community locations throughout the region; and Online through web-based distance learning
  • no geographic limitations and flexible schedules
  • courses that start each month and run for seven weeks

Peirce offers affordability:

  • low private college tuition rate
  • up to 30 credits awarded for designated IREM courses
  • no application fee for IREM members, a savings of $50
  • one-time $1,500.00 scholarship awarded if you transfer IREM credits articulated in the Peirce College and IREM agreement
  • numerous additional grant and scholarship opportunities including semi-annual scholarship competitions for substantial awards up to full tuition costs
