Dr. Gail A. DiGiacomo is Professor of Accounting & Finance at Peirce College. She has a teaching certification in Accounting from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Dr. DiGiacomo has been an employee of Peirce College since 1980, teaching Accounting Principles I, Financial Accounting II, Intermediate Accounting I & II, Computerized Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Introduction to Finance and Introduction to Business. She also held the position of Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs for six years at the College.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Education/Accounting from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in Education from Bloomsburg University and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Sarasota. Dr. DiGiacomo is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
She received the 2012 Peirce College Hamilton Award, which is awarded annually to a faculty or administration member in recognition of academic excellence and integrity.
