Her experience includes: business instruction of undergraduate and graduate students – online, hybrid and face-to-face delivery models – curriculum development, student development programming, developing outcomes assessment programs, accreditation reporting, management accountability of academic support services and grant writing.

Through her Fulbright Scholarship in Barbados, she engaged in various scholarly activities that included facilitating a professional development series – Developing an Agile Mindset for the Competitive Business Landscape for business and industry professionals; facilitated a Business Continuity session for the Academy of Women Entrepreneurs in Barbados; and served as a guest lecturer at Barbados Community College for a Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship course.

Dr. Glenn is committed providing soft skills training for students because she believes students should leave the College equipped with academic knowledge and business tools to succeed in business. Given the shifting needs of employers due to the pandemic, economic fluctuations, corporate re-organizations, and social justice issues; Dr. Glenn developed the Level Up Series designed to strengthen students’ survival skills in the work environment that focused on business etiquette, mindset changes, and resilience.

In a consultant capacity, Dr. Glenn and other faculty around the country developed a two-year major field test in business for the Educational Testing Service (ETS). She is also a certified external evaluator for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and has served on several site team visits for institutions seeking accreditation or re-affirmation of their business programs.

Through her passion for women’s issues and gender equality, Dr. Glenn serves as an Education Thought Leader for the iSAW (International Strategic Accelerator for Women) organization where she supports the organization with sharing current and relevant education articles that advance women and their work in the academy.

Additionally, she authored an article in the first edition of The 1865: Peirce College Law Journal, titled, “May the Force Majeure Be With You: How this Contract Clause May Be Used in Light of COVID-19 at peirce.edu/1865law.

Prior to joining the education field, she worked in the banking industry for six years in the commercial finance and credit areas.
