Financial & Business Operations

Students who complete the Career Bridge Financial and Business Operations track earn up to 19 stackable credits, including an undergraduate certificate in Financial Operations, which apply directly to undergraduate degree programs at Peirce College.

Graduates of this track are also prepared for the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam - the first exam required to sit for additional FINRA certifications, such as Series 6 and Series 7, which are required for professional advancement in the field of finance and securities.

Passing the SIE exam demonstrates that you possess basic industry knowledge and the ability to pass additional FINRA exams, which are critical to professional advancement in the sector.

Peirce awards 3 credits for passing the SIE exam.

This means you can earn 19 credits for the SIE credential and the undergraduate certificate in Financial Operations.

Peirce counselors will connect graduates with employment opportunities in the region and help them apply for jobs, prepare for interviews and leverage the College’s alumni network.
