Emergency Student Aid: Because we all need help sometimes

Peirce students - including new students - can apply for Emergency Financial Grants to help pay for all aspects of your cost of attendance. You can apply your grant to your tuition balance, buy books, or use it for food, rent, transportation, or childcare.

Emergency Aid Grants

Available several times a year, Emergency Aid Grants are designed to help students who have fallen behind on bills, need money for food, or are having issues with things like childcare and transportation costs.

Emergency Aid Grants for New Students

Grants were available for new students for basic needs through the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act. All funds have now been allocated. Emergency Aid grants are still available twice a year through the Project Success portal.

CARES II (CRRSAA) Emergency Grants

Funding was available for students for basic needs through the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act. All funds have now been allocated.

CARES Act Institutional Grant

Funds were allocated to Peirce College from the original CARES Act to assist with pandemic related expenses. Funds were exhausted in June 2020.

CARES Act Student Grants

Grants were allocated to all Peirce College students from funding provided by the CARES Act. All funds were distributed in 2020.

HEERF III Aid Grants for Students

Grants were available for students through funding provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) of 2021. Automatic awards were made to those with substantial financial need. Other students applied for grant consideration.
