Director, Strategic Initiatives

Description: This position is responsible for strengthening and expanding the College's enrollment and revenue growth through various channels. Responsibilities include the development and management of corporate and third party course provider initiatives to achieve the College's corporate market new student enrollment goals. The position is also responsible for developing and managing the College’s regional workforce development pipelines. Serving as an external-facing relationship manager, this position works collaboratively with Strategic Partnerships and Community Relations to develop workforce strategies yielding community impact investments in the College. As a senior level connector, this position also works with Alumni Relations, Grant Writing, Admissions, Student Services, and Academic Affairs to develop and achieve the College's institutional goals.

Executive Assistant

Description: This position oversees operations for the office, provides administrative support, and maintains strict confidentiality of issues involving the Academic Affairs division and matters of the Vice President, Academic Affairs & Provost. Assists with financial management as needed to maintain internal controls, maintaining files, tracking budgetary activity, and preparing expense reports. Assists with the development and forecasting of budget. Communicates with prospective graduate students to encourage enrollment & educate them about the admissions processes. Provides support for the graduate admissions process and tracks prospective student contact/outreach in the CRM, Salesforce. Reviews on a continuous basis all Salesforce operations and recommend changes. Serves as a role model in resolving customer issues in a satisfactory fashion and providing the customer with a superior experience. Provides administrative support for the Dean of Graduate Studies, Faculty Chairs, faculty, and the academic leadership team, as needed. Maintains the College community calendar and ensures accuracy of information. Supervises work-study student, when applicable. Maintains articulation agreements spreadsheet; finalizes agreements for signatures; coordinates mailing/receipt and distribution of signed final agreements; and maintains up-to-date listing on Peirce intranet. Performs special assignments and manages special projects as assigned by the Vice President, Academic Affairs & Provost. Assists with compliance research and reporting, as needed. Assists with the preparation and provides support for accreditation/compliance site visits.

Financial Aid Specialist

DescriptionThis position serves as the central point of contact for all student needs regarding financial aid. Responsible for providing in-depth counseling of individual students pertaining to their unique circumstances, to include meeting with students and parents to facilitate the financial aid process; conducting needs analysis in compliance with federal criteria to determine eligibility of each financial aid applicant; adhering to Federal verification standards by ensuring the data reported on the Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) accurately reflects the data reported on corresponding federal tax return; resolving discrepancies, explaining and enforcing federal and state regulations, as well as College policy; and, maintaining accuracy of student files, authorizing the crediting of aid awards and processing adjustments to aid awards as needed.

Housekeeping Technician

DescriptionResponsible for all housekeeping services including cleaning & maintaining interior & exterior of campus. Duties also include floor maintenance, room set-ups & general cleaning, sweeping & dusting of all offices, classrooms & restrooms; carpet care (vacuuming & shampooing); trash & snow removal; & other duties as assigned.
