Adjunct Faculty

Description: Peirce College is hiring adjunct faculty to teach in primarily online and/or hybrid learning environments. The College offers undergraduate degree programs in Business, Health and Human Services, Information Technology, Legal Studies, and Liberal and General Studies. Description: Responsible for the development of graduate courses in Higher Education Leadership. Course topics include: Theories of Adult Education, Accreditation & Compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, Developing Trends in Higher Education, Student Services, Enrollment Management, Instructional Technology, and Online Learning.

SMEs will be hired during the Winter/Spring of 2021 and beyond to develop hybrid courses for the Peirce Fit delivery mode in collaboration with the faculty and instructional design teams.

SMEs may also have the opportunity to teach these courses within Higher Education Leadership beginning the Summer of 2021.

Description: Peirce College is seeking an experienced analyst to manage the processes related to student learning outcomes assessment; the ongoing review and evaluation of academic programs; the development of key graduation and retention rate metrics; and, the collection and analysis of grant data. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Institutional Assessment, this role is visible throughout the organization and assumes a leadership role in regional and program accreditation reporting.

Associate Director of Institutional Advancement

Description: Peirce College is seeking an experienced Advancement professional to support the College’s financial and strategic goals by identifying, cultivating, and soliciting donors and prospects via personal visits, grant writing, and events. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing institutional needs, personal fundraising goals, and a portfolio of donors and prospects.

Associate Director of Payroll & HRIS

Description: Peirce College is seeking an experienced Payroll and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) professional to successfully manage multi-state payroll processing for a semi-monthly payroll schedule with all required federal, state, and local filings. Additionally, this role manages the relationship with the payroll system provider, retirement plan administrator and record-keeper, as well as maintains the accurate HRIS data and files on the College’s payroll and employee records.

Controller

Description: Peirce College is seeking an experienced Controller to: ensure the integrity of all financial information and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) standards, Uniform Guidance and regulations; manage the processes, internal controls, and functions of the Accounting Department, including general ledger, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, as well as gifts and grants; and, prepare the financial statements (internal and audited) and tax filings.
