In the spring of 2014, Peirce College engaged the services of market research firm Chadwick Martin Bailey and their sister organization, South Street Strategy Group, to undertake a major research and strategic planning project that would inform the College's future priorities. The research findings provided an optimistic outlook for Peirce and the insights obtained were utilized to create a three-year strategic plan that would be refreshed annually to remain dynamically aligned with the needs of our stakeholders.
Through the strategic planning process, it was determined that Peirce is well-positioned to meet the changing needs of the higher education marketplace and equip adult learners to successfully fulfill workforce needs, in a personalized, student-centered environment. Each of the new initiatives prioritized in the strategic plan underscores the College's commitment to non-traditional students, securing our place as a leader in the education of working adults - a focus since Peirce was founded in 1865.
