In 2015, Peirce College engaged the services of market research firm Chadwick Martin Bailey and its sister organization, South Street Strategy Group, to create a three-year strategic plan that would be refreshed annually to remain dynamically aligned with the needs of our stakeholders.
In the spring of 2017, Peirce College's Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees completed their annual review and second refresh of the College's strategic plan, establishing priorities for the next three years. This 2017-2020 strategic plan summary
provides highlights on the evolution of the strategic plan and the priorities and strategies identified for fiscal year
2017-2018 and beyond.
Through the strategic planning process, it was determined that Peirce continues to be well-positioned to meet the changing needs of the higher education marketplace and equip adult learners to successfully fulfill workforce needs in a personalized, student-centered environment.
