The Raymond E. Hollenbach '16 and Robert R. Hollenbach ’48 Scholarship Fund


Created by Robert R. Hollenbach ’48 in agreement with the Hollenbach Family Foundation of the Chester County Community Foundation, this scholarship will provide financial support to students who have a GPA of 3.0 or above and demonstrate financial need.


Annual award of up to $1000 to be awarded over two (2) semesters. There are a limited number of scholarships available.

Students awarded the scholarship are required to write a thank you letter to the donor within three weeks of receiving the scholarship. Failure to do so many result in the loss of the scholarship. Additional information about this will be communicated to the student once the scholarship has been awarded.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Be a Peirce College undergraduate student
  • Have selected courses for the 2021-2022 school year
  • File a 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above

Application Requirements

Interested students must submit a completed application by July 1st, 2021. Log in to the student portal at My.Peirce.Edu to apply for awards.

Applicants must also send two (2) letters of recommendation by the deadline, July 1st, 2021.

Applicants must also submit a one (1) page typed essay by the deadline, July 1st, 2021. The essay should highlight the applicant's involvement in Peirce College or non-college activities, such as current employment, church, or community organizations.

All application documents should be uploaded into your application.
