IT User Support

Students who complete the IT User Support track earn up to 19 stackable credits, including an undergraduate certificate in Client Service, which apply directly to undergraduate degree programs at Peirce College.

Graduates of this track are also prepared for the CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 exams - recognized by employers around the world to validate skills required for endpoint management and technical support roles. It is an ideal certification for career changers interested in entering the IT field.

Peirce awards 3 credits for A+ certification (Core 1 and Core 2).

This means you can earn 19 credits from the A+ certification and the undergraduate certificate in Client Service.

Peirce counselors will connect graduates with employment opportunities in the region and help them apply for jobs, prepare for interviews and leverage the College’s alumni network.
