IT User Support

Students who complete the IT User Support track earn 16 stackable credits, including an undergraduate certificate in IT Support, which applies directly to undergraduate degree programs at Peirce College.

Graduates of this track will be prepared for the CompTIA Internet Fundamentals (ITF+) exam, and the CompTIA A+ Core 1 and Core 2 exams.

  • ITF+ certification helps students and career changers determine if they have a competency for an IT career, and is ideal for non-technical professionals.
  • A+ certification is recognized by employers around the world to validate skills required for endpoint management and technical support roles, and is ideal for career changers interested in entering the IT field.

Peirce counselors will connect graduates with employment opportunities in the region and help them apply for jobs, prepare for interviews and leverage the College’s alumni network.
