Peirce giving: winter coat and toy drives a success!
I’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who contributed to this year’s winter coat and toy drives held at Peirce College.
Your generosity allowed us to donate 64 new, or gently used, coats to the Philadelphia Cares winter coat drive.
In its first year, our toy drive brought in 51 new, unwrapped toys! The toys were picked up on Dec. 17, and distributed to local community centers on Dec. 17 and 18 by the Youth Action Team. For the first year, we thought this got off to a pretty solid start. We’re excited to try it again next year!
It’s your generosity that makes it possible for Peirce to support the Philadelphia community the way we do. Thank you for your participation!
